We have had a good year of learning, challenges, and determined and resilient efforts to scale up compassionate support. This letter is to express the Community Team’s gratitude and appreciation to every one of you for your steadfast support, attention to safety, feedback and suggestions, and ideas, and uplifting support to everyone throughout the year.

In 2022 we made a lot of progress on all fronts. Some of the bigger accomplishments include the forum restructure, new and easier access criteria for group chats, upgrading forum search function, improved dashboard layouts, and a cool new feed! All these wonderful improvements were the outcomes of our collective thinking. We appreciate you and are grateful to have such thoughtful and caring community members, listeners, and leaders who go above and beyond every day to care for one another. We’ve been able to evolve because of you, and we couldn’t do what we do without you!

As it is the holiday season, different teams have organized and are hosting various holiday activities. We hope you all find them comforting and fun. And for all those who experiencing isolation, grief, holiday stress, and other emotions, we are all thinking of you, your family, and here with you. You are not alone.

We wish you and everyone you cherish an easy and comforting holiday. We hope 2023 brings a progressive year where we flourish and thrive together.
