These badges are all based only on one person's profile, I haven't even compared with mine yet.

I'm missing group friend as are many based on this:
Group Chimer - for participating in 5 Group Chats 65,431 Awarded
Group Friend - for completing 1 group support chat 59,752 Awarded
Also missing Honest Voice
Looking at another member who is missing Quintet (and should have it). Lots of missing badges seem to be the same, although not all, the 2 in green are ones that they actually have, the rest are missing for them as well.

@AffyAvo Interesting! I've also noticed some weirdness.
For example, the Listener Reputation page says 12,628 of us have the Clerk of Bear Hugs badge for 25 positive text reviews. All of those listeners should definitely have Gratitude Abound for 10 reviews, but the page says only 6,107 of those have been awarded.
I came across a listener who has 7 actual text reviews in their profile, but they have the Clerk of Bear Hugs badge for 25 reviews, and also Jester of Smiles for 8 reviews. However, they don't have Thankful Heart for 5 reviews.

There was a period of time where we were purposely removing the lower tiers of a badge series once you had gained another tier. Ex: Once you received Clerk of Bear Hugs, we would remove Jester of Smiles. Perhaps this is contributing to the current issue. Additionally, the criterion for this particular badge series has changed over time.

@RarelyCharlie That's interesting about the listener badges too, sounds like a bit of flip flopping on those.
The member one has been an issue for quite some time now. It started with someone bringing up the number of badges they had which made me realize I was missing a bunch and I asked to get them, but while badges could be manually given to listeners, at the time they were only automatic for members. It took close to a year, but I got most. Later, they started badgelocking the rooms and a bunch of people who should have access didn't - some of the issue was fixed back then.
The quintet badge was never used as a badgelock until recently, so this issue has come up again as it's preventing members from accessing a chatroom.

We are working on retroactively assigning these badges. We think what happened is when these badges were created, the system only added the highest of a badge series to someone's profile. We apologize for the interruption of support this issue has caused.

I have a question about badges too. How does a listener earn a badge for supporting member on specific topics?
E.g. Ally badge, Heart healer badge... I cannot self-apply for those, though they would apply to me. I was wondering how they work.
