May 6: Forum Updates - Everything You Need to Know
We are excited to bring back forum notifications tomorrow morning! Wednesday, May 6th!
The new notifications will include:
1) Subscribe/unsubscribe - You will be able to choose which threads you subscribe to
- You can subscribe to a sub forum or thread (use the ?+? for that, right now the plus has no special use)
- Use ?-? to unsubscribe
2) You will receive notificationsonly from the subscribed thread
- Notifications view should land on the relevant post
- Subscribed thread notification - view lands on the newest post
- Name tag notification - view lands on the post that was tagged
3) Automatic subscribe to threads you have participated in (users can click unsubscribe later if they want)
4) First 10 threads are subscribed to by default by 7 Cups (these can be un-subscribed).
Threads will differ depending on which account you are using (listener / member). These will be most helpful for new users who land on the member/listener dashboard for the first time.
@faithfulperson4993 when you subscribe to a thread you will get notifications for that thread whenever someone posts on the threads you are subscribed to

@Laura - After monitoring the update further I realized it misses something I really need and I think other listeners could benefit from which is mark a thread as favorite and be able to view a list of personal favorite threads. I don't really follow all threads for replies there are some I just want to favorite ie.bookmark because they are educative or have info I know i'll need,and I believe having the ability to do that in here is a good thing.

I'm so super excited when I heard this..it's amazing..I actually have this wish that 'what if all the listeners meet one day' yeah I know it's a very utopian thought..but still..a girl can hope..anyways this call is so close to that wish of mine..I'm super happy...
