@SavnSody In my humble opinion, 7 cups of tea were not enough for the hundreds of members and listeners who log in to this site each day, and now a certain unicorn (who I suspect is from the Magical World) has to secretly donate a certain substance that runs inside him regularly so this site keeps on running. He is still here, so no complications have arisen from that. I am not sure if this theory is correct, but let's have a moment to thank him and every other admin on this site who has helped him regardless. :)

@Brittneym101 correct! The only thing that will change is the URL. Your accounts will be unaffected, apart from the 7cups.com redirecting to 7cups.com

there's no real affect. it's just a shorter basic url, with the longer one also stll working. if any old links to do not redirect correctly, please let us know.

Awesome! I listed the URL on my grad school app, which I submitted yesterday! So seeing the URL changed the following day was cause for alarm. I'm glad that won't be an issue going forward.

I can understand that for sure! But no worries - the redirects don't have an expiration date other than if we accidently break something
