Volunteer Tracking Update!
Happy New Years 7 Cups Volunteers!
We have excited news and an update to start the new year off right! We are ready to share more information regarding volunteer tracking and are thrilled that this update will be live in the next few days. Please review the original post here.
Once the update is live, you will now see a section on your listener dashboard called Leadership Roles.
Here you will see all of your volunteer roles listed and how far along you are in reaching your goal. Hover over the role name for a reminder of what your goal is each month.
Your goals are tracked by month (meaning you must reach your goals by the last day of the month). If you join a role in the middle of the month, tracking starts on the 1st of the next month.
We hope you are as excited about this update as we are! Our goal is to help you track your roles and requirements easier and more clearly. Let us know your thoughts and questions about this exciting new feature!

@Kate I'm just kinda confused with the tracker. Like what if you have group mod and forum mentor badge for being global but you're also listed as chatroom mod/forum mentor in certain subcommunities? Do you still have to meet the criteria for the subcommunities? Or the criteria only for the badge? Or both?
Also, I was told that Chat Support should be maintained monthly with 10 L-L chats but found out today that it's not under the autoremoval system.

Hi there! it should be additive! Your global roles should tally as you work through your SC ones! But your SC forum roles are specific. So if you are in a forum role in 2 SC's, you'll need to do the goal for both.

Another question, since listener rooms are also in community-centered moderation, why do the messages we send as a mod in LSR don't count towards the criteria we have to meet in the room tied to Listener Learning and Journey?
According to my tracker, I only have 79/100 messages sent as a chatroom moderator for Listener Learning and Journey which is basically LSR and it's the same as the number of messages I sent as a group support mod in the group support rooms but I've been sending messages in LSR and they don't count.
Hope you can look into this further, thank you!

@Laura im glad you set the req for all SCs for the forum that way each get equal standing
their is a glitch with the group support though one of my team members hosted an open chat and it didnt count it for anxiety they did 1 in disability 2 in anxiety but itt filled disability with 3/3
there seems to be a glitch in this new system because many are saying including myself that it isnt correct .. I did a session on the 1st in anxiety and it isnt showing up on my path... so sorry ..

@Jill7cups Jill no it keeps adding them to my disabilty instead of anxiety and ccs .. I should only have 1 in disabilty, 2 in anxiety and 1 in ccs the pop up... so in total 4 sessions . all were set with a banner I always make sure of that..
My Mod ones are fine and complete but the others are incorrect and I did write to 7cups as directed too..

@Kate I think I've caught a slight error in this tracking. As a Room Supporter, when I fulfilled messages in one room, the stats got enlisted for all 3 rooms despite me not being in those other 2 yet. I think it needs to track individual rooms.
We're working on updating a few bugs in the system and will make another post when it's all fixed to clarify how the system works.
For now, I thought it may be helpful to post these auto-removal requirements here as well.
