What is one thing you really love about coming to this site that helps you feel better about yourself?
For me it is very important to do something meaningful in life and coming here gives me that meaning and makes me feel I am contributing to make the world a better place, even if only slightly. Another point are the people, the other listeners I work with but also the members, it feels like family.

I was overwhelmed with life and one night I came across this community. I enjoy the availability, the respect, creativity in activities and the support. It gives me hope for mankind that there are people all of the world potentially who are seeking peace and kindness.

To tell you the truth, I can't say I "really love" anything on 7cups, since there are other activities I truly enjoy doing throughout the day or discoveries about topics which are interesting to me.
On 7cups, being a successful listener is always a morale boost. Some chats of course are easier than others. It's duty I've given myself to try and comfort/listen to others who are going through a difficult time.

@soulsings what I love about this site is, it's like a world inside a protective bubble. Where we all come together in a safe place free from judgement, to express kindness and support to each other, and in the process learn about ourselves too ❤

well idk if this is my problem , in real life I also struggling to maintain good friendship or relationship I kinda avoidant and awkward socially, I was really good and get along with people but somehow now I don't have the courage to be so vulnerable. this site can help me a bit to connect and open up
