- one thing a friend sat with me at the doctor's so I would not be alone
- What's something you did for someone else?
- I always do one good deed a day for the elderly whether they appreciate it or not ( most appreciate it )

Came into work for evening shift the other day. Learned a coworker had already showered the resident I was to shower! Was greatly appreciated - opened up time to spend more one on one with residents!
- What's something you did for someone else?
Showered my coworker's resident tonigh . Paying it forward. :)
It not always happen this way. This week was appreciation & teamwork. :)
@CaringSub a simple act like that can mean so much better workplace relations. Return the kindness! Way to go.

Work relations between coworkers - which we need, not just for the work we do, but for 'solidarity' in the coming months of 'contract negotiations. 'United, we stand - divided, we fall'.

I can't remember all the kind things people have done for me recently. It's been a relentless stream of kindness in that each interaction I have has been an opportunity for learning, which allows me to live with my self-imposed purpose of finding meaning in life. It's been a collaboration in reflection. I can't express how thankful I am.
My ultimate aim is to synthesise that information into utmost simplicity and simply deliver what I believe to be the meaning of life. If I could end existential dread, I would be truly happy. I made an attempt at just that and made a post in the Motivation & Accountability section of the forums, I invite everyone to check it out and give me their unique perspective.

Today, someone helped me in a shop to find something. I found that was very kind of them.
I helped someone to carry a heavy bag.

I'm helping high school students with career guidance.
@trueconfidant123 sometimes I feel like people do not do much for me then I remember:
- The people who grew the food I eat
- The people who transported the food and stocked the shelves at the store
- The people who maintain the roads and sidewalks I drive on and walk on
Then it just snowballs and I realize everything I use is due to the kindness of others and I feel gratitude.

@soulsings I care for my parents so it's alot of hospital appointments, medication checking, food shopping and preparing but I try to give my all to them both 🥰 A good friend sent me a message to check in with how I was doing and thst meant the world 💜
