@soulsings I go to God, someone I know who is trust worthy or known to give good valid suggestions/advice. Then there’s been those times when I have faith and trust in myself.

Tricky question as the three values are somewhat synonymous, with HOPE added. If they were translated in other languages, there would be more or less distinction between the three, not just semantically, but with grammar added.
If the time or situation is very challenging, one cannot know the outcome. If nothing can be done about it, the best one can do is to stay in control of one's emotions.
A challenging time could be a traffic or sudden weather accident - you have NO time to think.
You notice that you are about to get mugged or assaulted. Some people freeze, others run and yet others will challenge the perpetrator. You have a little window of time to think, but your limbic system is working first.
Another is having school or university exam. How well are you prepared? In most cases, it's all up to you and there was plenty of time to be as ready as possible.

I have confidence in myself that I will manage but also that there will be ways to get support from the outside if needed.

During hard times I have confidence in 3 friends I know I can count on and vice versa. We don't always have to talk about atruggles. Sometimes it is nice to have a conversation not about the struggle but rather things in common, laughing at silly jokes, etc. I believe in a very loving God who loves us uniquely just as we are. I talk to my mom (deceased as of 2020) imagining her advice in difficult situations, and I have confidence in myself because I have gotten through things I never thought I would survive and yet here I am. If I made it through hard times before I will get through this difficult time too.

for us faith in God
we believe in prayer a lot at a every young age we could already feel our family would not be there for us but God has always been there for us this not mean life will be early trouble free but for us mean He always be with us even when other are not at all
we also have faith in our ability to over come things in life this is big one but did not always believe it
