Crystal Ball
I know people do not have a crystal ball to look into the future, but setting goals can help us think of what we need to do today in order to start the process now to actually reach the goal then.

I like the idea of a crystal ball!
As far as goals in the future, I would just like to ‘find my place in life’ as ominous as that sounds. For the second question, I've been thinking more and more about moving to a different country lately! 💜

Finding your own place in life and feeling belonging to somewhere is essential to feel good and safe in my view.

Interesting question!
In the short term, I hope to be able to train my new dog properly so he can play with my grandnephews and grandnieces for one, and leave the loose chickens alone. It's the ticket to enjoy his company.
In the long term, I hope to stay in shape long enough to enjoy retirement.

Dogs love to chase chickens but it can become really troublesome, but usually dogs can be trained well.
Staying in shape whilst aging is important to me too. There are lots of good exercise videos for seniors on the internet. What is your favorite way to exercise?

Living in the country on a large property, I find exercise everywhere, sawing or splitting wood, carrying that firewood from the cellar to the stove, digging and weeding, raking, cleaning out the coop, walking about, pulling ivy from old walls, going up and down stairs.... why would I need more? My smart watch shows that I am "exercising" one to two hours every day.
I have little patience for exercise if that is the only point. However, on long walks, I will occasionally wear ankle weights.
About the dog NOT chasing chickens, it is a must here, since a lot of us have loose chickens in our yard who are only cooped up at night (to protect them from foxes and other predators).

@fruityPond7887 I hope your dreams and expectations come true. We never know when recessions will hit or relationships will not go as planned. I notice many relationships occur outside of marriage. It is a whole new outlook on marriage some people have. And as someone that has been in a relationship for many decades, I see that how relationships start out, they do not stay the same.
@soulsings Thank you so much! Yes, I agree that a lot of people in this day and age do not always marry because they sometimes just think it's a piece of paper! I can understand that perspective because love does matter above anything else, but I am someone who wants that piece of paper 😉 Relationships always do change too! You're right!
Living in a better location and earning better income and enjoying loving relationships. I would like to find myself at a place in my life where I am comfortable with who I am.

I would like to be in a safe place with my family together. We don’t have to be doing anything special maybe just watching a movie or playing a game. If anyone out there CAN grant wishes. I’d do just about anything for that.
