When we feel proud of ourselves, of things we've done in the past we tend to have a greater passion for life, feel more content and grateful and are also better in motivating others.
So, let's cheer up each other today by describing something you are proud of to have done or about yourself! 😃

Self care for the win … got my nails done and love it. Taking some time for myself proud that I built it in as my routine now … 💕💕💕💕💕

I felt a sense of pride today when I helped two friends that were frustrated with each other understand why they did things a certain way and improved our comradery going forward.
I smiled enough to inspired my colleagues to smile for themselves.
My son informed me that he could make something for himself and was proud and he did it, my heart grew and it was good. :)
@brelliott our sons and daughters are amazing.

I'm proud to have reminded my boss to include my department in social media. I send her photos/blurbs every few months and she usually neglects to put them up.
@neatBlueberry5213 there is a saying the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Way to go!
@amiablePeace77. I recently helped my significant other research a less invasive procedure for a surgery that he needed. I felt proud and happy to have helped him with this 😊.

I am proud of taking control of my anger and not lashing out at anyone. For me, this was a major feat, but I did it.😊
@WorkingitThrough2 I hear you. I am working on that too. I still have these angry thoughts come into my mind but I do not have to act on them.
I am proud of myself for reaching my workout and gym goals this week. The reason this is huge for me is because I'm very fitness minded. I like to workout in one way or another 5 or 6 days a week. I've been in a small funk, not feeling like doing anything after work, and skipping my workouts for the last 3 weeks. Reaching this goal means that I'm working my way out of this depressive state and getting back to my baseline.....
@amiablePeace77 I am slowly but surely cleaning up room by room getting rid of things in storage for many years. I am doing spring cleaning in June!

I am empathetic.
@Derekfan7695 empathy is a great quality to have and to use.
