Favorite Aromas?
I find different smells in the kitchen bring back memories or wandering in the yard I remember how the grass smelled long ago.

Which smells better, fresh-cut grass or bread baking in the oven? I always loved the smell of fresh-cut grass because it minds me of the time when I was young that it's getting warmer! I always loved the warmer seasons.
What is your favorite aroma or smell? I have a few one, I love citrus smells - so energizing but also Cedarwood.
@soulsings I think fresh baked bread smells better than cut grass! My favorite smell is the smell of the ocean. I love driving down to the beach and you know you're getting close when you can start to smell the salt! 🌊
@fruityPond7887 yes I enjoy a slice of bread more than a clump of grass when I am hungry lol!
The smell of the ocean is very calming to me. Lovely to visit the ocean.
@soulsings Yeah I just don't enjoy the smell of grass I don't know 😂 Like it definitely reminds me that it's summer which is nice but grass just reminds me of the smell of gross sweat 😅
fresh baked bread 🍞 smells better. especially while making the dough.
Cooked warm spices in the are always touch my heart.

@soulsings I have a few favorite fragrances, my utmost favorite is the scent of Hyacinth 🥰 I use essential oils for aromatherapy. I have a humidifier that doubles as an oil diffuser and everytime it shoots out the mist of Hyacinth, all of my cluttered thoughts clear up and help me reach clarity and calmness

I think bread baking in the oven smells better. Maybe it's because I am a foodie.

My favorite is the smell of the banana shrub. It's so sweet that I hope I can stay somewhere with this kind of plants surrounding me.
@Nightfrost I have seen banana trees but they are more like a shrub. Fresh bananas yum.

I prefer the smell of baking bread over freshly cut grass.
My favorite aromas are the spices you’d likely find in cookies: vanilla, clove, and cinnamon ☺️

The realtors when showing a house sometimes put a pan on the stove and put a drop of vanilla on it with the heat on. It smells like fresh baked cookies. Try it. Just a drop on a hot pan.
@soulsings I love the smell of Aniseed essence bc when I was little we had a mini toy kitchen and an empty bottle of aniseed essence was one of the toys. Nostalgia :]

Scents can bring back so many good memories! I remember when I was young doing to the community fairs to get anise drops. They were kind of special and still today I remember the joy when getting them.
