Sounds nerdy but D&D brings me joy. It is some time specifically spent with my friends for chaos, imagination and fun. We have such a great time and I have made such amazing new friends along the way. I have even been able to help some of my friends overcome anxiety and loneliness after I found out it helped with my own!

What brings you joy? What kinds of situations bring you contentment?
I feel happy when I see flowers blooming or when I see someone smiling. Feeling satisfied comes from accepting things as they are and paying attention to the good parts of life.

not sure how others see joy but for me it not a feeling it more a knowing i am held even within the storms so i guess my joy based on my faith spiritually i not see it like being over happy at all it more just accepting what you believe
What kinds of situations bring you contentment?
i live in a state of contentment to me it a choice one makes it not due to having all you want or having many people around you but it is to be accepting what you have then living within that not comparing self to others longing to have more things it just accepting what going on being ok with it even if it hard things

Waking up in the morning and finding my dog close by for the morning scratches, hug and general petting. He is so happy I can't feel another way.
I find contentment when I have accomplished some task, like doing the dishes and clearing the counters. A pile of laundry is all folded and ready to bring upstairs. The bedsheets are also taken off the line outside and folded before it rains. I have mastered a couple more origami boxes and envelopes following a *** video. FUN! I use them to leave notes or hand over cash.
I am a sociable person, but somehow my contentment is about stuff I do alone.
