Well, enough strength to be able to putter around the house and clean stuff. The living room has been rid of what does not belong there so it looks tidier :)

Small win ? Uhmm i added the perfect salt quantity yo food. I am used to add so much food but yesterday it was perfect. Thank God alhamdulillah

Late to the post as its Sunday, but its always good to look at the small wins and be proud of yourself! A small win from today was that I went to a last minute family gathering and had lunch and socialized! I am usually a very routine person and it was out of my comfort zone, but I did it! :) A way to celebrate that is to be proud of myself!

A small win what I have done is trying to manage my time better. I hate doing chores but I did most of my chores in the morning and then my other jobs in the afternoon and I felt better for it as I got them all out of the way instead of avoiding them.
