My boyfriend for always being here for me through thick and thin. Always knows better than me when I am not okay and stops what he is doing to hear my feelings and help me through it.

An anchor? Just one? Those anchors might change throughout one's life, become invisible, get repaired, become lost or destroyed, then replaced. Some anchors can move with you. Some are shared with others.
