As you begin your active listening and acclimation to this new role, it may be beneficial to have a Listener Mentor you can reach out to on a consistent basis for ongoing support. They can maybe make the first few weeks in our community easier for you, as things can seem a bit confusing and overwhelming in the beginning. One important tip I can give you is to set your status on busy or offline when you are in enough chats. You can find that feature in the top right corner of your window, if you click the little version of your display picture. Another thing I'd recommend is connecting to a mentor. A mentor can guide you a bit in the beginning, answer your questions and give you feedback on your listening skills.
