I joined some communities and tried to make a post, but each time I got an error message (said "code 064"). I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Maybe I have to have certain badges or permissions?
Also I took a quiz the other day (it was from here but on Google forms) about compassion - I think that's supposed to unlock a badge or certain permissions? But I don't think it's gone through yet. How long does that normally take?

I'm not new on 7 cups I mean I have been here since March but recently I applied for an internship on 7 cups but I don't know how it's going to profitable for me ... would you tell anything about it..?
Its great to have you with us, @Samthehealer2025 and glad you're exploring the internship program here!
What inspired you to enroll in it?
I think "profitable" has different meaning to everyone, people may or may not find something beneficial to them, for this its important to know "what" is "beneficial" according to *you*?
Expect a lot of personality development though, throughout the journey~ it's an enriching experience.
Personally when I joined the internship program, I did it because I had a lot of spare time (pandemic lockdown lol) and also because I was slightly new here too and wanted to explore the community more, get more involved etc. Fast forward almost 5 years now, it was a worthy decision, as internship being a truly immersive program, helped me get to know 7 cups, the community, what it offers and how else I can contribute more etc even more; enabled me in becoming a more practiced-listener, more comfortable participating in the community chatrooms or forums and also encouraging me to keep exploring for more~ ultimately also a great way to utilise my spare time in doing some good along the way!
The badge and certification upon completion was an added bonus!
Depends on your goals, expectations, time availability, balance between on and off cups commitments too!

The Bot listener Noni I believe it she is called hasn't been working since yesterday. Is it just me or are others having this issue?

How do you add a profile picture to your account?

go to your profile picture and click on it.
then go to settings and click on that .
Go down to section where it say public profile.
then go to profile image
then go to choose file.

it outlines all the basics and core components of the platform.
what you want to do would depend on what kind of support you're looking to get. for example, if you want support groups, our rooms would be appropriate. if you're more of a forums person, we have many communities you can join. and if you're on more of a solo self paced journey, we have an entire library of mindfulness exercises, and self-help guides, and individualized growth paths. and ladtly, there's always our listeners. hope this helps give you some great starting points and i imagine others might chime in with their input as well!
