Help yourself resources and Meet others
Hi there. Welcome to 7cups. When I first joined 7cups there was only one or two things I knew about to get help here at 7cups. I found out later that there are many more resources, so here you go all in one place. Hope this helps you on your journey.
The self help guides are a series of mini workshops of text and video that focus on many different diagnoses and situations and how to cope with them. https://www.7cups.com/supportGuides/selfHelpGuides.php
The discussions and chats available cover a wide range of topics. You can check the schedule here https://www.7cups.com/home/communityCalendar.php There is a camaraderie in these sessions that often affords the opportunity to make friends with those experiencing similar challenges. They also can be informative and healing as well.
The subcommunities https://www.7cups.com/home/ and the forums https://www.7cups.com/forum/ are great places to meet others on a similar path or exchange ideas.
Some people find that by helping others, they help themselves, so they become listeners. You are not alone as a listener as we have an active Listener Support Room and Mentor and Peer Support program in place for listeners who are just getting used to taking chats after the training program they take to learn Active Listening. More info here https://www.7cups.com/listener/becomeListener.php
And of course 7cups has always been a community of listeners waiting to help anyone that needs someone to listen to. If you Browse for a Listener https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ it may help to choose someone that takes chat on the subject you wish to discuss. So check out the check off boxes for topic, Verified Listener and country or language.
And 7cups also offers online therapy with certified therapists. You can get more info here. https://www.7cups.com/online-therapy/?ob=1
And of course you can always post a question in the forums.

Amazing stuffs :)
Thank you
I am a listener. I have a 5 star rating. I keep getting these emails with "feedback" but no way to respond to the no reply emails. I've searched to find a place to email or a contact information and cannot find anything. I love being a part of the community and helping others. I know complaints are a part of life. I also know one person's view of responding in a "timely matter" is different than another ones. Who can I contact regarding these emails?
