My name is H, and I lead our Community Team. We help manage the various aspects of the site and provide ongoing support to listeners, leaders, and members.

Generally though, as much kindness we have here to spread with everyone, it's still an online platform with all kinds of people behind anonymous screen-names, and so general online safety must be considered by each one of us, on an individual level also.

How can I change my settings so that I can talk to teens?

Are you 18 and/ or over?
You're currently logged in the adult side of the site which is for people 18 and over.
Adult (18 and over) Listeners can listen to teens (13-17 years age) on the teen side, by going through the Adult teen listener process and being approved to provide support to teens.
