i love to self destruct but i also hate it because it makes me feel worse but i feel i deserve the pain

@imsorryitry I do the same but, you can trust me when I say that you don't deserve a single moment of self-destruction or, destruction at all from yourself or anyone else because you are more than amazing just by being yourself.
