Hello (: My name is Jessi and I'm new to all this. I'm hoping that I cam keep up with this. I have anxiety, depression, and ptsd due to a past relationship with a very abusive person. I have no self esteem our self worth and I don't even know where to begin with that. I am in therapy, but I'm not sure if it's really helping.
