@Hope Books. Too much doom and gloom (the news + Covid "rules" adverts) on TV ... Or streaming services, for TV type content :)
..... Have basically cut out TV, at the moment, because rolling coverage of Covid, is really bad for my lockdown/imprisonment anxiety
