Hello everyone! It's a pleasure to meet. I am Tripii. I decided to join 7 cups as a listener, primarily to help others with their mental health struggles. I have had experiences with mental health myself and I am eager to help others go through it. I hope this community gives me the chance to help others! It's lovely to be here :)

Hey there, i am not sure if this is the proper location to say hello, but i wanted to post greetings.

I am newbie, even tho i downloaded the app awhile back, still was super awkward and weard, actually trying to use it. This is a huge learning curve and i am trying to make sense of it.

I am from NY and been dealing with issues, mostly related to add and adhd, anxiety a d panic attack.

Its not anything new and i had these issues prob since jr high school, but back then it was so much better control. Now its been straight increase in frequency and length.

Sorry to talk to much, and honestly, this is so awkward and strange, even being on here.
