Hello, people of 7 Cups!
My name is Kovie, and I've been on and off this website for over 10 years now! 🥹💛 I originally joined 7 Cups as a young teenager when I was seeking out help for my depression and anxiety, and I find myself returning back here as it's become a very safe and comfortable place to be.
With each return, I find a bit more peace than I had before, and I always gain a better overall feeling about myself and my life. Feelings that I tend to struggle feeling most days naturally.
My goal is to continue exploring the compassion and level of peace I feel each time I sign on, and to expand those feelings to others that seek it out too. 🌼

New very lost not much support filing for divorcee after 21 years with not much real life knowledge besides him and us and the kids which one hates me. I have treated Epilepsy and im sure a lot more undiagnosed issues. Went from a rough childhood to pretty much being a wife and mom. I dont know much not even myself but slowly learning. Scared isnt even close to how I feel lost is the closest word but it feels even deeper than that. I really dont know where locally to turn my family is wrapped up in their own stuff and no help. Ive isolated for a long time as well. Here in hopes to change that a bit or get some guidance 💔

After 21 years built around your marriage and your kids, facing divorce with little support can feel like losing the map for your whole life. That is a lot to carry and you are not alone. What brought me to 7 cups was my need to help other people. I've been looking for a place or a site anything where I can support others. I was once just like these members on here who I support. Those were my toughest times and when I was in that dark head space the people who was supposed to be supportive wasn't and so I had to reach out to people who I didn't really know. I chose 7 cups because I believe that I can make a change on here , no matter how small the change. I don't want for someone to go through their hardships alone. I want them to know there is always someone out there willing to help.
