Hello, my name is Jack and I'm new discovering this, I've been thru a lot lately, I've committed some mistakes in my life but I'm trying to be a better person every day, currently learning how hard is to change for the best, I've been diagnosed with chronic depression and anxiety and I've been dealing with it since I have memory, but I've decided to start my journey and learn more about life, become a better person, rediscovering myself and learn to forgive myself for my past mistakes. Life cannot be that dark all the time (or that's what I repeat myself daily) and I want to know how to start enjoying it, and give myself a glimpse of hope that there's happiness for me out there and I just need to work on it to find it
