It's completely normal. It is a new situation where you don't know what to expect. It is a pretty huge and somewhat irreversible step, so it is normal that you wonder whether you will enjoy it or whether it is he best for you. Don't let the fear of the unknown guide you, though. You know what is best for you, but your fear isn't always a reliable guide.

Moving away from home is a daunting thing to think about, it is new and there are lots of new people. One thing i will say is don't let your fear hold you back, there are plenty of support networks once you get there who will be able to help and guide you through your time at college. If you get there and need support, don't be afraid to reach out for it.

This is totally normal and understandable and the majority of people in this situation experience some level of anxiety. It's a new change, it's a new lifestyle and it's hard work. It'll take some time to adjust to this new way of life and it makes sense that there's some worry, fear, anxiety or apprehension. You're venturing into a new unknown land full of opportunities and possibilities and that's awesome but scary. It's a big change. Make sure you're prepared for it, do everything you can to be ready to move out of your old place and into your new place. Bring with you things that remind you of the things you love and eventually you'll settle in and do awesome
