There are a number of reasons why someone might feel numb or sad! It could be due to stress, anxiety, depression, or a traumatic event. It's important to surround yourself with people that will support you such as family and friends, and find ways to cope. This might be exercising, picking up a hobby, meditating, spending time with loved ones (including pets!), and others might find that journaling or talking to a therapist is helpful. It really depends on what works best for you. Make sure you also take care of yourself by getting enough sleep and eating well
