I am feeling low and don't like myself a lot. My mind filled with negative thoughts. I want to study with focus. What to do?

Practice a mindfulness technique and try to study again. Physical activity is another great way to clear your mind, burn some energy, and refocus. Even if your physical activity is something as simple as a walk around the block, or vacuuming the house.
