Announcing the 2022 PB Award winners...

Today is 7Cups 9th Birthday! Happy Birthday everyone! Thank you for being here with us.

As you know each year on 7Cups Birthday, we announce the PB Award Winners of the year. The PB Award is the highest honor awarded for being a huge believer in the vision of our community. It was first given in 2014 and since then it’s been a big part of our 7Cups Birthday tradition.

Cherie has been part of our 7 Cups community since Nov 4, 2019. She has been actively contributing to our community from the start of her journey. Cherie has a deep passion for all things content and a great dedication towards mentoring others and helping them reach their content goals. Cherie has two main areas of focus as an ambassador, one of them being the ambassador for the Content Development and Marketing program and the other one involving co-leading Team Lightship and playing a key role in spreading mental health awareness and support via social media. In addition, Cherie has been a key team member in the Content Volunteer Team at 7 Cups and is involved in both writing, editing, as well as other key content processes.

She has always had a problem solving approach to all her roles with a healthy dose of optimism. Cherie is a team player and a great leader. We are grateful to have her!

Emma has been dedicated and committed to strengthening and supporting the teen community in various roles since the day they joined. Emma has gone above and beyond to bring various supportive and helpful discussions to Depression Support as well as the Teen Listener Chatrooms. They are currently active as Chatroom Teen Star Leader for the Discussions Track. They are known for their compassion, professionalism and super friendly attitude. We are grateful for all their efforts and contributions and looking forward to seeing what they’ll do next.
