New Ambassador Annoucement
We are very excited to announce that Pali will be joining our Ambassador team!
Since starting as a mentor, Pali has dedicated herself to supporting the teen and listener communities. Every day, she bringsimpeccablejudgement. calmness and kindness to the community. Pali has helped lead the charge with our mentor quality programs, dedicating herself to improving quality here at 7 Cups.
She is a firm believer in the mission of 7 Cups and brings her passion for the community to all of her projects and interactions. She has supported and had a positive impact on so many people in our listener community and we are so thrilled to have her as an Ambassador.

Hi Pali,
Congratulations on such a wonderful achievement. Well done and many thanks for the support and encouragement you give to members and the 7cups family. The positive difference you have made to so many cannot be measured in words. 
I know this is a place of congratulatory remarks, but, for the sake of balance I just wanted to say I had a very, very bad chat experience with Pali; one that turned me off from using the site as a Member. I'm sure she has come a long way since then, but, perhaps it's a good illustration of how even the best of us can have off-days. :)
Hitothesquare! Thanks for saying this, is very important to remember it, even though I don't consider myself one of the best, of course I had bad experiences too. I've had many members who I didn't click with, and I'm sure most listeners have that experience at least once when taking as many chats as I used to. In my opinion, that is completely fine! We are all trying our best here, sometimes our best is not enough for some members, and sometimes we're just not in the best mood to listen (perhaps we shouldn't do it that day).
However,I'm really sad that you've had such a bad experience with me, and I really hope you can find a listener that is a better fit for you. If you would like to message me with your feedback of how I could improve, I would really apprecciate it but no pressure at all! I understand if you don't want to.

Congrats again, Pali.I've known you since shortly after you joined 7 Cups and remember your intense dedication to members and taking chatsfrom the very beginning. As you became a mentor and later a chat room leader, this dedicationonly continued as you worked tirelessly to support your mentees and other listeners, especially the teens! You are one of the most hard-working and committed people I know on here and I am often quietly in awe of the time and the love you selflessly pourinto 7 Cups.
We've all had bumps in the road in our journey as listeners, it is part of the ride.We have good days and bad days, easy chats and difficult chats.Sometimes we hit the spot and other times we miss the mark completely - and that is absolutely okay.We are all learning and growing together, which is what makes this community so special.As we constantly try to remind our members, we are not robots - we're human. Not one single listener on here is perfect and I am saddened to see one of your notsogood chatscalled to attention publically in this thread.However,the grace and transparencywith which you'veresponded is extraordinary.You are a remarkable young woman andI am beyond proud of you, Pali. You are awesome and I'm very excited to be working with you as ambassador.
I like that you admitted it and asked to discuss ways to improve. that's real character :)
I think it should be noted that both parties' honesty were maturely handled, despite conflict being involved. We all have off days, and sometimes our members need to let us know if we're not doing something they need.
As a new ambassador, you are now a role model. Thank you for handling this situation maturely and properly. c:
