@Laura

I'm a little confused about the forum team meeting? Where is the teen meeting?

@MonBon

I don't really feel like the feedback that I, @Anomalia, or @MelAllyouneedislove gave regarding the forum team meetings were incorporated into this schedule.

@MonBon @Laura @Jill7Cups @Anomalia

I feel like since this is a track check in unlike the others it should have been discussed with the track leaders. It feels quite frustrating to be honest when we could just work together around it

@MelAllyouneedislove @monbon

The community management team is doing its absolute best to support the efforts of the forum team. We are all on the same page and working towards the same goals, which is great. These meetings were announced here but I apologize if you missed them. We'll be sure to get the word out better for next month meeting schedule.

If the forum ambassadors could provide a list of current monthly meetings, we can work from that and around what you are already doing. From other threads/ conversations I've had, it was clear that forum leaders didnt have the bandwidth to take on hosting more meetings, so the community team stepped up to help. Our apologies if the communication was not as clear or transparent, that was not the intention and as mentioned, we will be more clear with the timing/ schedule and make sure the word it out well in advance.

@Laura

I'm not a part of the upper forum leadership team anymore, but in the past this was the general schedule (for all age groups):

- Forum Supporter trainings every six weeks

- Forum Team meetings every six weeks

- Forum Moderator trainings every six weeks

- Forum Moderator meetings every six weeks

All of these were staggered from each other so those training and running meetings wouldn't end up with 20 hours of 7 cups obligations in a week. I believe the concern is we had asked for support with our current meetings, but instead an additional meeting that wasn't well advertised (it was advertised in the subcommunity leaders bubble and hosted in the subcommunuty leaders room. This is not the subcommunity leader team. This is the forum team. It has its own subforum and room) occured and didn't line up with the forum team schedule nor agenda.

@MonBon I outlined it in the original meeting post you made, @Laura (the one linked at the start of this post). But this is the outline like Mon mentioned:

First come FS Trainings, Forum Leadership Meeting (mentors/teen stars), Ambassadors + FML/TSL meeting, FM/FTS Trainings, Forum Team Meeting, Ambassadors + CM meeting.

@Laura Would love to see a better notifying system for meetings, and also would like to add that in the following months, we will get to be having better engagement, as a Project Agent (Engagement Track) for the Forum Team, my initial communication with the team members has led to a general consensus that yes, our members would like to see more meetings! After analyzing this data, we will be looking for ways to strengthen engagement.
