What makes a good 7 cups leader?
I am going to try to say what makes a good 7 Cups leader.
1. Dedication, Devotion, Committed.
I think a good leader needs to show there here for the long term and show their dedication to what they do.
2. Hard workers and take responsibility for the work they do.
I think being a hard worker and getting things done would help you gain respect, recognition and reputation with the team leaders and cups community as a whole.
3. Willing to learn and own up to mistakes.
I think it would help you become a better listener and help you not make the same mistake again.
4. Organized, creative, opened minded, and willing to face any problem in your way and try to solve it.
I think that can help cups grow if you as a leader think that way.
5. Caring, outgoing, Understanding.
it would help you get along with other people.
Leaders that I think follow what I think should be in a good leader.

I thought I keep up Recognizing listeners that I feel meet the 5 traits of what think a good cups. Leader should be.
I only know this leader for less than 12 weeks but looking at my list I feel they meet all on list.
This listener is hard working , dedicated, organized, and always tried their best. I can tell you this listener would go far on cups .
while I look over the list what I think. Make a good leader this listener. Fits them all.
This listener deserves. To recognized. Even so this listener does behind the scene work on the Al team.
