What makes a good 7 cups leader?
I am going to try to say what makes a good 7 Cups leader.
1. Dedication, Devotion, Committed.
I think a good leader needs to show there here for the long term and show their dedication to what they do.
2. Hard workers and take responsibility for the work they do.
I think being a hard worker and getting things done would help you gain respect, recognition and reputation with the team leaders and cups community as a whole.
3. Willing to learn and own up to mistakes.
I think it would help you become a better listener and help you not make the same mistake again.
4. Organized, creative, opened minded, and willing to face any problem in your way and try to solve it.
I think that can help cups grow if you as a leader think that way.
5. Caring, outgoing, Understanding.
it would help you get along with other people.
Leaders that I think follow what I think should be in a good leader.

Thank you for your phenomenal forum post! I find this to be well thought out as well as beautifully written! I enjoyed reading some of your thoughts about what constitutes a great leader and I just so happen to agree with you. These are all wonderful qualities to possess.
I wanted to thank you also for tagging me; for thinking that I might possess some of these admiral traits. It really does stop you in your tracks. It's incredibly humbling that you think highly of me as well as to be put in the same league of all of the others you have tagged along with me. It causes me pause, to see the greatness of others around me and I truly *bow in front greatness* here and that includes you!
