I hope you're all thriving in your roles as mentors, trainees, interns, and leaders! I'm Ivy, your new Academy Project Agent, and I couldn’t be more excited to join this incredible team. I'll be overseeing the Academy Awards! I feel truly honored to be stepping into this leadership role, where I get to celebrate the dedication, hard work, and unwavering support that make our academy programs such an inspiring, inclusive, supporting and empowering space. 💫

Rules of nomination

• We have also included academy graduates, and trainees/interns in this category of people who can be nominated. The condition is that you must have been supported by this person in your academy journey to nominate them for the award and they need to be associated with the academy. Academy mentors and team leads can also nominate fellow mentors/leaders for doing a great job with their tasks. 

Excluded categories:

• Anyone not directly associated with academy

• You can not nominate yourself

• Admins

Further more, he was concerned about the deadlines and how I was doing. He is so helpful and warm-hearted that he encouraged me in the last few days of the program in order not to give up.
