Academy Mentor Monthly Review Highlights: Updated Incentives and March Nominations!

Hi everyone! We’re excited to introduce some fresh changes to our Academy Mentor Review Highlights. As part of our ongoing effort to acknowledge and celebrate the amazing mentors who make a significant impact on the academy, we’re introducing new Academy Mentor Review Milestones!

From now on, mentors who reach the following review thresholds will be awarded distinct certificates to recognize their outstanding contributions and continuous support to their trainees:

• Academy Mentor Appreciation Certificate – Awarded for receiving 10 positive reviews
  
  

• Academy Mentor Impact Certificate – Awarded for receiving 50 positive reviews
  
  

• Academy Mentor Distinction Certificate – Awarded for receiving 100 positive reviews
  
  

• Academy Mentor Mastery Certificate – Awarded for receiving 300 positive reviews
  
  

These new milestones aim to honor the consistent quality support that our mentors provide and highlight the positive impact they make in the academy. 

The rewards only apply from the date of the Mentor Review Highlights Launch (October 24th, 2024). Please PM me if I miss any of your earned rewards. 

Another change is that now in each post, it will only show the nominations count you got in that month and you will be messaged your individual totals.
