This popped into my head earlier today, and now I’m genuinely curious—do you think this is a culture thing?

OMG, this is the most important question I've seen all week 😂🚿
I am a proud, chaotic member of Team Loofah! That big cloud of bubbles just hits different. Gotta love feeling like you're bathing in a literal soap cloud ☁️🧼. Although, my loofah is currently looking a bit....beat up. It might be time to retire it to the great shower in the sky.
But honestly? I'm a traitor. 🙈 If my loofah has given up on me, I'll just grab my handy dandy bar soap and go full Team Soap Bar Directly. It's a risky, slippery business, but someone's gotta do it! Living on the edge, just trying not to drop it and perform the dreaded wet-floor soap retrieval dance 💃.
I think it's a cultural thing? My mom was a devout washcloth user, so my loofah life feels like a tiny act of rebellion. Maybe it's not that deep, but I'm choosing to believe it's my wild side coming out.
What about everyone else? Any other method-switchers, or are you ride-or-die for one tool?

I am a team hand xD the loofahs always make me feel so itchy, I hate the texture, and growing up we never really had washcloths. Sometimes I am team soap but lately I have been using body wash, so it has been team hand.
Also if you to put the soap on your body to clean your body because your body is dirty, is the soap bar now dirty?
@Remina Its dirty yes...but in a heroic way! The loofah may be a bit itchy but I need that bad boy to scrub the heels. OMG YES. 🦶 They get so crusty. 😂 I just sit on the floor like a goblin and scrub away. I feel like an esthetician.✨Team hand puts in overtime over here. 👆

I love the hand held shower, it really helps get the soap out and feels so good on the skin and head!
I use all methods for different situations. I live alone so most days I'm doing multiple chores trying to to free up time in the day for rest and play.

@Remina I use my loofah extremely well lathered for most of my body, wash rag for my hot spots, and separate one for my face. That's just how I do it.

@Remina Not sure about being efficient. Lol. I love baths and wash in the tub. When I'm ready to get out then I will shower and quick wash to rinse. I guess I'm a water waster. 😂🤣

I hate to be on your team right now but I'm a water waster too 😅But on my defense, I always try to save water on other places. For example: I don't leave the water open while brushing teeth. I love been soaked up in water, the warm water flowing through my body. Fact is, I can't use cold water. At this point, I'm so used to not having cold water in my body that when I open a tap with cold water, it feels foreign.
@pandanfe Lol, at least we are not in denial and can admit it. Omg, I'm the same. Like it makes no sense. I'm a water master but saves water where I can everywhere else. Actually i bought loofah bcz i always see that my sisters Using it, they said it's good for Body dead cells, but whenever i go to take bath i always forget to use it, lol it was the same like new for a 1 year, and thn i gave it to my sister, i feel soo burden to use it, 😂😂
I would say im easy peasy person, sometimes i like Using Hands only, and sometimes Soap, it hardly took approx 10 min for me, for a Nice refreshing bath.
Yeah but in winters, it took alot of time to managing emotions with "Cold water" , 🥶
