Thankful. I just got my SSDI check a few days earlier than I expected it.

Hopeful
Better. I was feeling terrible yesterday, so I left work early and visited with my parents. Ended up taking a nice nap, walking in the woods, eating dinner with them and watching tv. It was kind of a reset for my mind. I forgot how important it is to connect with family when you don't feel good. They understand you better than anyone.
Bland. Nothing is motivating... good or bad..
