Alone, scared, forgotten.
I'm so tired of hurting all the time. It's exhausting. I'm so sick and tired of everything. Life feels like a repeat of itself. Day after day week after week nothing changes. Its always the constant ache I feel in my chest. What's the point in anything. What's the point of trying. I don't matter, not really. I'm tired of people acting like they care only for them to prove me wrong. They say time heals everything, time has done nothing for me but make everything worse. I barely sleep, barely eat. Nothing helps. I'm just a useless worthless person. I don't belong anywhere. I'm an outcast, forgotten amongst everyone and everything. All I want is for the pain to stop.
Hey. That sounds so exhausting and it feels so lonely. Like you’re sitting with pain and trying to carry on, but can’t see the meaning. I don’t want to minimise that because you’re communicating something very true and painful and it’s brave of you to reach out on here and let yourself be seen and known. I think when you say time heals everything, that can be true and there’s certainly reason to hope, but we’re not meant to do this alone. we all need moments of being understood and accepted. Time helps, but kindness and connection make so much difference. I hope that you will find some supportive connections on here who can be alongside you and help you feel less alone.

I bet you have read many replies about how your story seem familiar to others. You are not alone.
I will say to you that you should give yourself GRACE. Immerse your whole being in grace. There’s hurt when there is a cut. Your emotions are valid. Remember, time will not tend to the wound but can shift your attention from. It’s not time that heals, it is YOU. It won’t hurt the same everyday❤️
Hey Izzy, sorry your in this place right now, and as dark as it may seem please know your not truly alone theres others staying there with you in that same dark room. You just cant see us there with you. I know where your at right now and I know there's probably really not to much that anyone can really say right now to change what your currently feeling. And im sorry for that.
Again I know not many words are gonna feel helpful right now, soo im gonna leave this here for you, watch/listen if you wish, totally up to you.

Its nothing triggering I promise, its an inspiration quote/scene from the last rocky Balboa movie. I tend to listen to this from time to time when im in this exact boat. Not gonna say its going to fix anything cause its not. Words aren't going to "fix" us, but mabey, just mabey it will do for you what it tends to do for me and thats give me enough "motivation/encouragement/whatever" to push through a little longer.
Anyways I do hope things start to look up. If you ever need to chat i/we are here......again as dark as it is right now, there are those of us simply standing right there with you even if you can't see it.
Please stay safe, and as dory said...."Just keep swimming, just keep swimming".....😢

This feeling lives inside of my head, rent free. The most interaction I have with people is through an online game that I play, or played, I guess, I just quit playing a couple days ago. Im not sure whats wrong with me. I just feel hollow. I dont know how someone can feel so dead inside and still be breathing, but you know, here I am. I wish I could say this was a good thing but most days, that isn't how it feels.
I hope this doesn't come off badly, and I'm sorry that you're going through this as well, but its almost comforting in a sense, to see that I'm not alone in feeling this way.
I have been scrolling through posts for the past couple of hours, thinking as neat as this forum was, it was not the right place for me, and although im not quite sure that it is, I think I might give it a shot.. maybe.. 😣
I understand your point. I’m sorry you went through toxic friends. The fact that you posted this statement on here means you are taking the first step towards opening up about your struggles. I would recommend seeing a counselor or a therapist to help with your struggles. You are not alone.
