Dont worry about not being on here. As much as we barely survive without your amazing presence (its true) you can take time away, even for non-pain reasons. Take care of yourself <3

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I can only imagine how hard it must be dealing with so much pain, and the frustration and uncertainty that your appointment is delayed.

Hi Tinywhisper, I too get back injections which help. Tremendously! I live in a small community so besides a pain management clinic ( didn’t have a good experience there), I go to a specially trained family doctor, who is excellent. Every time I leave I schedule for around every 7 weeks! That way I’m always on his schedule., I’m scheduled like 6?months out. Works perfectly. Good luck
