💛One Kind Thing You’re Learning to Say to Yourself
We’re often our own harshest critics, but healing begins when we start to speak to ourselves with the same compassion we offer others.
This is a space to gently practice that. 🌱
What’s one kind thing you’re learning to say to yourself lately?
Maybe it's:
-
“I’m doing my best, and that’s enough.”
-
“I don’t need to have it all figured out right now.”
-
“It’s okay to rest. I’m not lazy—I’m healing.”
-
“I am not my mistakes.”

Love the little note at the end, very comforting! 💛 It can be difficult practicing kindness towards self but it truly is worth it and everyone deserves to be gentle with themself. 🌞
Lately trying to tell myself to slow down and let things fall into place on its own~ sometimes we are rushing things, other times we are stressing about things that aren’t even in our control~ so helps to remind self that the universal forces working in my favor will always be stronger than any amount of worry or fear on my mind! 💛
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
I love how you put that—especially about the universal forces being stronger than fear. 💛 There’s something so freeing in that surrender. I’ve been trying to do the same: soften my grip, breathe deeper, and just be.💛
@Eman144 that I've done enough good even if no one sees it and I'll appreciate myself even if no one else around me does. I'm enough for myself :)
@Eman144
I am scared but still capable.
I'm strong but I still need help.
I cry but laughter doesn't evade me.
I listen but I also need to be heard.
I'm silent but I'm shouting.
I'm broken but I'm gathering again ♥️
@Amanda84
This is so powerful—every line holds so much truth. You’re allowed to be all of this at once: scared and capable, strong and needing support. That complexity doesn’t make you weak—it makes you deeply human. And the fact that you’re gathering yourself again? That’s courage in motion. ♥️
@Eman144 thank you, I think it's important for people to know, one thing doesn't define us, we can be more than one thing at the same time 💜
@Eman144
I say to myself what I would say to someone else: if you're honest, you can trust your intuition. Let it guide you, it's nature's voice of reason.
@Eman144
Thank you for this post🤍I absolutely agree with what you said that sometimes we can be our harshest critics! While those last statements feel really good to read!
When I feel I am in that zone, I tell myself, Everything in life happens for a good cause! It's okay to be embarassed, to make mistakes, to be judged, to mess up, to feel all that doesn't align with me, but eventually, I have the courage to acknowledge, accept and improve! When I can, there's nothing to worry about in life!
There's a quote I often tell myself, Embarassment is the cost of entry, if you aren't willing to look like a foolish beginner, you will never become a graceful master! 💕
@Eman144 great topic :)
My worth as a person is not based on how I look.
I have a special way of making those around me feel important.
I have hope that one day I will have the energy to live life.
@RamenFairy
Absolutely love this thank you for sharing 🌟
Your worth goes so far beyond appearances it's in your presence, your kindness, and the way you lift others up. That special ability to make people feel seen and valued? That’s a rare and beautiful gift.
And that hope you hold onto? It matters. Even on the low-energy days, hope is a quiet spark keeping your spirit going. That day will come and when it does, you’ll step into it with all the strength and heart you've been building. 💛

I don't know how to feel still... But someone said,
"It wasn't you're fault" idk why this is so hard to tell myself or I've been just living in my own fake believe this whole time... I want to believe this but I can't get to make myself do it :(
@fossilfellow
Thank you for opening up—truly. That takes strength. 🤍
When someone says “It wasn’t your fault,” and it hits something deep inside you, it’s because part of you knows it’s true—even if another part still struggles to believe it. You’re not living in fake belief; you’re surviving with the tools you’ve had. And now, you're beginning to question a story that was never yours to carry in the first place.
It’s okay that it feels hard to believe right now. Healing isn’t about flipping a switch—it’s about gently, patiently unlearning the lies pain convinced you were facts.
You don’t have to force yourself to believe it today. Just stay with this truth like a soft whisper:
It wasn’t your fault.
And maybe someday, that whisper will feel like your own voice. 💛 You're not alone in this.
I love that one…
It’s ok to rest. I’m not lazy- I’m healing. <3
Can someone please hammer this into my stubborn head, when I feel the need to be productive when I’m supposed to be resting? <3
@jesusredeemedme2425
Rest is productive.
You’re not lazy you’re honoring your body and mind.
Healing isn’t something you do it’s something you allow.
Let go of the guilt. You’re not falling behind.
You’re aligning with what you need.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming whole again.
So yes, it’s more than okay to rest it’s necessary.
And if you forget, I’ll remind you again. 💛🛏️🫂
