The 7 Cups Links Library: What are you looking for? (AMA Thread)

I envision our community as a vast, ever-expanding library. Every forum is an aisle, every self-help guide is a reference book, and every supportive conversation is a new chapter we've all written together. It’s a collection of wisdom, kindness, and support. But just like any huge library, with so many shelves to look through, you sometimes need assistance finding exactly what you're looking for.
Consider this thread your friendly librarian's desk. We're here to help you navigate the aisles and find the information you're searching for!
Simply reply to this thread with your question. Tell us what resource you're trying to check out. Examples:
"Where can I find the self-help guide on __"
"I need to find the community guidelines on ___"
"Can you link me to the guide for handling chats on __"
"Where can I find the post explaining the different leadership roles (Mentor, Group Mod, etc.)?"
"I'm looking for the application to become a Peer Supporter."
Don't wander the aisles alone! We're here to help you find your way and discover all the incredible resources our 7 Cups library has to offer.
So, what can we help you find today? Post your request below!
This is a team community effort, so everyone is invited to answer the questions if they have them! Let's build connection and rapport by being helpful!

I'm not sure what you mean by therapies, but here is the link to therapy on Cups.

Thanks for the link, I'll have a gander.
@AffyAvo
Watched the video, unfortunately my demons aren't powerless, they can certainly touch me, it's a health condition. I'll follow the course though, it might help..
Just had a gander at your profile, thank you for taking the time to respond.
@RunningMachine Yes, I definitely understand!
I actually did a program through the healthcare system which included workbooks and phone coaching sessions. My coach was great but one of the books - if I actually followed through with the recommendations I would have been hospitalized! It was likely geared towards people with depression or anxiety without a serious physical health issue.
Luckily my coach was amazing and the other workbooks were much better. I was shocked to see the same author as the tone was so different.
I find with health issues there's a lot of take any tips that seem like they will help, experiment a bit and discard the unhelpful.
Thank you, I have been proactiveky managing my physical health but isolating myself and not dealing with the psychological aspect. A work-related issue over the last 6 months triggered such a strong anxious response I've accepted I need to do something about it. Reaching out through 7 Cups is a small step, appointment with a listener later today and tam considering Therapy. Definitely feeling stuck, just surviving and reality is as I get older the risks of recurrence just increase.
