🗳️ Help Me Choose Our Next 7-Day Program! 🌟
Hey everyone!
First of all, a massive thank you to everyone who participated, commented, and shared their hearts during our recent 7-Day Emotional Expression Program. Reading your breakthroughs—especially how much the "rough drafts" tool helped—warmed my heart. You all made it so special.
I promised you another program, and I took all of your amazing feedback and "biggest foes" from the comments to create three options.
I want you to decide what we tackle next! Please comment below with which option you need the most right now:
🧠 Option 1: Breaking the Overthinking Trap
Do you get completely stuck in your own head? Do you constantly analyze your emotions, doubting if they are "right" or overthinking exactly how to say them perfectly until you just give up? This program will focus on getting out of your head and trusting your feelings.
🔥 Option 2: Expressing Healthy Anger
Is anger your biggest foe? Do you find yourself bottling it up until you explode, or avoiding it because it feels too intense? This program will focus on how to honor your boundaries and express fiery, intense emotions in a reasonable, healthy way.
❤️ Option 3: The Self-Love & Compassion Journey
Are you your own harshest critic? Do you find it easy to support others but impossible to be kind to yourself? This program will focus on moving away from self-judgment, embracing who you are, and building a foundation of genuine self-love.
✏️ How to vote:
Just drop a comment below letting me know if you want Option 1, 2, or 3 (and feel free to share why!).
Can't wait to see what we dive into next. Thank you for being such an incredible community!

Option 3: it's hard for many of us to accept that we are actually great and enough we often expect too much from us and show very less compassion. Honestly all of the options are great but i feel many people might struggle in loving themselves.
@cheerfulKiwi1776
I vote for option 1 and 3, but mostly 1. Why? Overthinking is something I and a majority of the people I know struggle with. Seeing how well you host these weekly programmes, I’m sure you’d do a great job at helping us with overthinking and a lot of people would benefit from it. Let’s go! Thanks for all you good work we appreciate you 💖
All three sound like very informative and useful programs to work through.
My preference os on Option 3 since this is something I'm trying hard to learn anyway. As part of this weekly program o would love to understand how to be more self compassionate when undergoing difficult experiences such as an illness. My body feels pain so how do o have self.compassion and peace of mind in that situation?
All 3 sound good. I feel like option 1 is similar to what we've been doing, so that probably sounds like one that would be better later on. Or maybe I'm totally wrong and that would make it better first. I'll just vote for all three. 😅
2 sounds good to me :)
@jesusredeemedme2425
It literally means a lot to me that you guys are actually responding to those things. Thanks✨️❤️
Awww, we try <3
