Work day
I’m having a tough day. Cried once. Trying to eat lunch.
I was in my car earlier writing a gratitude list and got hit with the adrenaline and had a panic attack.
The anxiety has been absolutely exhausting since the surgery.
Right now, I feel like a failure because I cried. Because I had the panic attack. Because I feel weak that I can’t even get through a day of not being over stimulated. And now I feel like I have an anxiety hangover.
I just want my life back…
@peachThinker662 Awww. I'm so sorry the day is going rough for you, hopefully it turns around for ya! Peach, it's totally ok to cry! *offers my shoulder for you to cry on if you need to cry more* Sending a hug your way and flowers to brighten it up. Xoxo. ❤️

Thank you. I despise my anxiety.
I’ve got 3 more hours to go for today. Whoever thought going back to work would be so tough. I wanted to be back here so badly.
Enjoying some sunshine.
@peachThinker662 Hoping the ⏰️ passes rather quickly for you. Hang in there. 😀
@peachThinker662
You are not a failure at all.
Crying is a release.
You are human.
We have good days and bad.
You are showing up and trying all the time and that is what matters.
Take it easy this evening and run yourself a nice bath.
You are not alone.
💕💜

I can’t wait for relaxing time. Long day up at 6am
I always feel like a wimp when I cry but everyone cries I guess
@peachThinker662
You are not a wimp.
You have been through so much.
Give yourself the grace to not have to hold it all together 💕💜

@peachThinker662 awww honey I'm so sorry🙁 you are not in anyway a failure, you recently had a big operation and going back to work this quickly is amazing, I don't know how you are doing it💖 you are so strong and a inspiration, so on the bad days remember that and be kind to yourself 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💖 I'm always here for you 💖
@peachThinker662
You were writing a list of things you were grateful for when this happened to you, I'm so sorry to hear that. However, I know that a day will come where you will open your gratitude book and write, "I have gotten back my life."
Relax, calm ... Take a deep relaxing breathe... At least 7 times inhale and exhale...
And no matter what's going on or what's happened...
Be your own motivation, be your own supporter, be your own shoulder of sympathy...
And must tell your self that hey beautiful soulll!!
You know ..
You aren't weak, Why God Hive us Tears? Of course too cry? And feel much relax, Crying isn't a bad thing...
Who says Crying makes us weaks , ate totally dumb!
They don't understand nature,
When we grief,sad , anxious, we are allowed to cry it's our right to express what we feel exactly.
Whenever we are in joy we too cry sometimes,
Crying make us more courageous if we Strongly wipes our own tears, Smile, and move on..
It remind our selfs that this is life,
And life means trails, this isn't end here..
We better prepare ourselves for coming days of life, and our next real life...
Trust me this world and it's trails snd grieves are just temporary if we really know our Worth living life...
Please be smile, be strong.. you are not weak.
We can't come back to become child, but we can make our present even better? If we stop repeating and thinking our Sad past??
Plz You are a good teacher or ur own soul, teach it not to be a prisoner by past in way.
Okay my peach I'm going to turn that around!!
Gives you a massive raspberry hug💖💖💖
First off im proud that you wrote a gratitude list!! Does my happy dance around you💓
Honey you admitting these big feelings means you most certainly are not weak, you are beyond strong. Many people ignore the big emotions and or even acknowledging! 💜
Breath in and out I can imagine how overwhelmed and overstimulated you must be, you are extremely brave. ❤️
Try to focus on even the smallest things to keep you distracted and in a good mindset, 💖 crying is such a nice heavy release and you my peach are as strong as Hercules ❤️
I wish I could give you the biggest peachy hug 💓🍑
@crimsonRaspberries1486
why is it so uncomfortable 😭
Because maybe your not used to being vulnerable like that, to show the raw unfiltered heavy emotions. To release them when we feel like we shouldn't, because in this society showing emotion means your "weak" but that's not the case.
It's easier to shut down those emotions and keep going, it's easy to gaslight ourself for being human and having human emotions.
Love, emotions, vulnerability, expressing, showing, they are very difficult especially when you have been hurt time and time again, I get it because sometimes I struggle too honey.
I don't know much about your life or your hardships but what I know is what you tell me. And what you tell me, from the sounds of it you are so freaking strong, to me it sounds like you have survived through h*ll.
I’m so used to shutting down. This is so different for me. My co workers were so supportive. I’m just the who’s embarrassed. I got a hug, I was told “everyone cries “ “ many people have anxiety” “we all see therapists” I took in the love ❤️
I just want to be grounded, confident, in control. A sense of well being emotionally.
I have been through h*ll and I didn’t ever want to be there again ….❤️
I know that feeling all too well.
You're not a failure & you're not alone.
May I ask "before your surgery, what was life like for you?"
I'm just a curious stranger. You don't have to answer that if you don't want to share that info.
@TealQueen90
before surgery, I wasn’t having panic attacks at work. Stress, yes. But not full blown panic crying and having to breathe.
I took my breaks because I could, lunch. Not coming home so tired it’s felt like a 72 hour day. Not out of it. Not fear of going in.
I need to work. I’ve already tried switching jobs. I’m back at my previous, because there’s no difference.
Gives you a big hug. ð©·
