@Optimisticempath Hey you ❤️ I wish there was a magic spell that I could cast to make your brain stop telling you the nasty things that it does. I know they say that we're not our thoughts but it sure doesn't seem that way when our brains are repeating and regurgitating all the nasty things it's absorbed over time.
@Optimisticempath
it’s ok to cry. remember they are feelings. not who you are as a person. big smooshy hugs for you. be gentle and kind to yourself. play some soft music. sway. and breathe. you’ve got this sweetheart. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Everything will be alright
@Optimisticempath 😞

@Optimisticempath Sending love & peace towards your way 💚 It's okay not to be okay , and crying is good for the soul , when our mind starts spiraling with the negative thoughts it's a way of trying to get us to stay stuck and believe the thoughts it's feeding us . But you have the remote to control the channels when you hear these thoughts write them out and ask yourself do I truly believe what is being said about me ? is this true ? then you can start to reclaim and call back your power how ? speaking the opposite of what your negative thoughts is tricking you to believe even if you have to write them in your notebook and repeat it multiple times a day , or even voice recording your powerful words and play them at night when our brains are the most active . Please don't feel bad for feeling human we all go through it but things will get better and you will break free .

Encouragement Crew, our sweet little Opti is having a rough time and needs an absolute OUTPOURING of love, please! <3
So I’m not the only one who feels like this? My brain getting loud and unruly and AHHHHHHHHH???? I feel you <3 *hugs*
Hey, love💗
I can feel the weight in every word you’re saying and I just want to gently hold space for you tonight. No advice. No fixing. Just someone here with you, quietly, while your mind feels like a war zone again. Some nights really do feel like everything caves in at once. All the thoughts, the fears, the old wounds you thought maybe you were done with they come back louder, sharper, and more vicious than ever. And you’re sitting there, breathing through tears, just trying to survive it. That’s not small. That’s not nothing. You’re right, these nights are tuffy, unbearably so. And you didn’t do anything wrong to deserve this. Sometimes the brain makes pain out of air, turns silence into screams. It’s not fair. It’s not your fault. But it is real. And I believe you.
You said something so raw: “Only trying my best to survive... to pass these tuffy nights... to not give up on the hope for better but idk what better even means…”
That hit deep. Because when you’ve been in the dark for too long, even the idea of light starts to feel like a myth. But please don’t measure the meaning of “better” by fireworks or big shifts. Sometimes “better” is just one moment where your chest feels a little lighter. One breath where your brain is quiet for even two seconds. One laugh. One time you sleep without nightmares. One time you feel held, even just by words on a screen. And sometimes… it’s just getting through the night without giving up. Like you’re doing now. Right now. You’re crying, and you’re confused why. But maybe your body just needed to let it out. Maybe those tears are your system saying: “I’ve held too much. I need to release. Please let me". There’s nothing shameful about that. Crying is not weakness, it’s a language of its own. And tonight, your heart is speaking.
You don’t have to hold it together for me, or for anyone.
It’s okay to be messy.
It’s okay to not be okay.
It’s okay to fall apart when the world feels too much.
And it’s okay to just be in this exact moment with your pain, and your courage.
@Optimisticempath
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Sometimes, the world is too much for me to bear. I hide in my room and skip dinner, unable to be around people (I live in a communal space). I cry somewhat often, sometimes about personal struggles, sometimes about the state of things.
In such times, it can be hard to imagine brighter days. But I know I've had them. It helps me hold onto hope. Even my darkest days have flecks of light.
There is no shame in crying it out. We are a mix of emotions, and human because of them. I'm glad you felt comfortable enough to share some of what you're going through. You can be proud of that.
We are here for you. There is no judgement here.
@Optimisticempath I'm sorry you're feeling this way, I wish all these heavy feelings start to feel lighter🍀 It's okay to cry and let it all out 🤍 Try not to be too hard on yourself ❤️ Sending lots of love towards you! 🐾❤️
