This is my first ever post for this thread (internal scream) <3 . I was encouraged to do this as an assignment of GLDD program. Thus, I would like to shout out to GLDD's mod @ASilentObserver who reached out to me for GLDD! Also, thanks @Asher for all your prompt respond whenever I have an inquiry.
This week, @lextheghost helped support one of the sharing circle I was hosting, so thank you.
I'm also grateful for @richuyulin who is super busy with all the upcoming projects but still spare sometimes to encourage me on my GLDD journey.
Thank you @anotherfrenchtoastclub who helped clear out my confusions during LDP <3
Last but not least, I would like to shout out to Chef @Tigshu who always serve me a variety of delicious lemonade mocktail and beverages :P

@Star996: I am not satisfied with words in my vocabulary to describe how much you mean to me. You are super duper couper hoover sweet - your support means that much to me. Your kind heart, your absolute trust in me is exactly what I need when days get tough. I cannot do this without you at all. Thank you for being an important part of my 7cups's journey - and of course, of my life too

@Richuyulin : Thank you for recommending me for roles which I did not think I could handle. I still have massive doubts regarding my perfomance with certain leadership tasks. You have been a role model that I look up to and learn from. I feel grateful that you still believe and put your trust in me. I'm sorry if I dissapoint you at times, and thanks for giving me chances to change and grow regardless. I value you for always being a reliable mentor/mod/ friend that I can feel at ease with. I wish I can be there more often for you too!
@ouiCherie : I love your calmness and patience. I feel like I can always talk to you when there are tough situations going on - and you would be really supportive, gentle and modest. You help me feel more grounded and more well connected to my values. you also would wait for me and observe instead of jumping to conclusion, I truly cherish your time and lovely presence. Thank you for being my mentor

@DigitalKnight : Pika pi ! You have no idea your helpful you have been to me and all my current's roles here at 7cups. I mean, I would not even think of beginning all these leadership journey without you being there. Remember how we first started off as SC host together? Then roughly a few weeks later, we both became room supporter - then went through peer support training together- then Mod training - then Academy Mentor - all within 1 month - oh mama mia what a sprint 
!!!! You are like chilly in my salt or honey in my lemonade (Ok im running out of food ingredients combo). I am glad that I have met you - I look forward to our growth in the future.
@SparkyGizmo : Giz, my friend - I have no words to say as I would just feel super safe and comfy when I'm around you. You always ask this in the beginning of a chat "Are you with me or are you doing something else?" - This shows that you are super committed and give your 1000% to another person. Thank you - I have faced a few unwanted feelings/ thoughs and you realy helped me feel heard and supported. I started regain trust in myself and focus on getting stuff done, hence chatting with you is empowering and rejuvenating.

And as for me, I hope to always be in your "corner" rooting for you, helping you, uplifting you! I'm only a pm away! 
I think it's amazing that you noticed that I say that.......I think that it's amazing that you know that means I have dropped everything also, I am focused on you, your needs alone, no one else is there at the moment also on my end. I drown it all out. It's truly our time together. I leave rooms, no other pm's, nothing at all. All windows are closed except for my pm with you!
You work hard, you contribute and greatly to this community. I have deep respect for that. I also have deep respect for you as a human being and as my friend and team mate! I think you are so highly deserving of your own private space and own private time. Your time with me is truly your time! You are one that gives of yourself to others and so freely! For me, it's imperative that I rise to the occassion and support you and your efforts! We got this Lem! Team work makes the dream work and I'm here for you! *high fives* Stay great and keep rocking the house!

I'm grateful for you as well my friend! I'm excited about our listener journey together......Dr. Suess "Oh, the places we'll go" I guess, just as in life, it's good to look both ways, hold hands and cross the road together. We can do this, we can hold hands and cross this road together!
I'm glad you liked the concept of pausing the room if someone comes in and has an urgent question in the LSR during a listener check in. I wish I could take credit for that, but I can't. It's just part of my training. I have to wonder if someone asked you to perhaps do a listener check in but didn't provide you with a script or the parameters. As for me, no worries, no worries at all. You were an absolute power house yesterday in hosting the LC.
For me, I thought your questions were quite brilliant, thoughtful, engaging and you lit that room up like a Christmas tree, lol. Even a mod commented on how fully engaged all of the participants were with your thoughtful questions! I know I was I complimented you on doing it your way and your way was great!
I'm someone around here that has a deep respect for authority. You were in charge of of that LC. I'm here to be the background music for others and let others play all of the keys. I take what I do seriously, that for me means supporting all of my team mates. For me, I first phrased it as "would you like to pause the room"? I see this is as what I call a "minimal encourage", just a way to let you know that in the role you were currently in, afforded you the right to do so and also send a hint to others in the room, that now may be the time for a pause to help a listener. I can understand if it was confusing. And so, based on my training, I moved forward and simply told the room to pause to help the listener.
Lem, I've got your back my friend. I didn't want that listener to go away unhelped, unsupported and potentially file a complaint about not being supported in the room at that time! See, we got this! Team work makes the dream work my friend, all day, everyday! Stay great and big *hugs*

Appreciate this shout out and recognition. You've never disappoint me. I understand that each task come with it's own learning curve, and some take longer to grasp than others.
