This is my first ever post for this thread (internal scream) <3 . I was encouraged to do this as an assignment of GLDD program. Thus, I would like to shout out to GLDD's mod @ASilentObserver who reached out to me for GLDD! Also, thanks @Asher for all your prompt respond whenever I have an inquiry.
This week, @lextheghost helped support one of the sharing circle I was hosting, so thank you.
I'm also grateful for @richuyulin who is super busy with all the upcoming projects but still spare sometimes to encourage me on my GLDD journey.

Last but not least, I would like to shout out to Chef @Tigshu who always serve me a variety of delicious lemonade mocktail and beverages :P

Hi Lem! Many thanks my friend! Thank you for giving me positive affirmations! You have no idea how much that means to me! I for one, truly love the content for the discussion, it resonates with me also, it truly does!
Rest assured I see us all as a team! I always say, team work makes the dream work! I am someone that loves to give credit where credit is due, recognize the gifts of others and always have gratitude moments for people that are willing to help me. Lem, thank you so much for helping me. Unique, thank you so much for helping me. I don't think I could have done it as well without the both of you! 
It's a lot of content, but content I love. I have only an hour in the room and so I respect Obs, I respect his office, as well as his authority and also his authority on setting the time limit of the discussion. I am grateful for his trust that he ask me to use his office and grateful for his trust in allowing me to change the script a bit and focus more on the core values portion. Trust is not given, trust is earned and I would never want to break his trust in me.
Anyone that knows me knows that I truly believe in greeting everyone individually. People deserve to be "seen", heard and recognized. I knew it would be impossible for me to greet everyone and still roll out the content, host and engage with our fellow listeners on each core value. You and Unique both helped to carry that room and help me! It was brilliant. I asked for help and both of you rose to the occasion. Thank you to both of you for greeting everyone, answering other questions that weren't pertinant to the discussion topic, keeping the room warm, welcoming, inclusive and supportive. It increased my comfort level to know everyone was being taken care of by Lem and Unique! Unique, also, thank you for setting the banner! woooo hooooooo Lem, also thank you for how you used your portable skills from hosting prior on your own to jump in and say "current question is......" as more were coming in the room. woooo hooooooo If you ask me, that room was a work of beauty and team work. And that my friends.........is how it's done!

*slight tear* while reading this. Thank you for such heartfelt and sincere share, Gizmo. I'm grateful that you take so much time in thinking and writing this down. This adds a lot to my motivation for being a listener and support at 7cups. ❤️🙏

I have to say your contributions and Uniques to that room and to me as a human being really are more valuable than you may have realized. For me, I feel okay sitting here with you and being vulnerable. For me, I get nervous too For me, it was a big deal and when 10am EST came, I was like..........show time! I want to "do right" by 7 cups and all of us here on this site.
Time line....9am Gizzie reviews content and own words created by Giz. Understands the gravity of the situation. This is Glen's baby, his brain child, these are his values and concepts. Can I deliver them in a way that would make him, Obs and Hope proud even though they aren't even there to see it? Obs and Hope had trust in me to do this and effectively.
9:30am Gizzie tells self, "self, you can do this" lol. Listens to music that has messages of courage, inspiration, and teamwork
9:55am Gizzie looks for doorkeeper. (keeps fingers crossed) Gizzie is happy and grateful for doorkeeper who was more than happy to open the room and gave me a vote of confidence along the way
10am, show time, breathes deeply
Greets others.......see's Lem and Unique who are rock stars. Gizzie asks for help, help given. Heart filled with gratitude, knows everything will be just fine now Gizzie "hit's the ground running" and rolls out content while recognizing the amazing contributions of Lem and Unique the whole way through. Gizzie in the "zone" now, definitely free to do what I need to do.
As a team we made my deadline for ending the discussion by 2 minutes even left! woooooo hooooooo End of discussion, breaths deeply, knows that WE did it and I couldn't have pulled that off without both of you. (and especially because my stance is that kindness matters always and I would feel horrible if people were not greeted. I would have had to slow down and cover less content because there is no use of showing "High Expectations" if you can't make sure that the "High Warmth" is there also. Then the message would be lost completely.
11am, looks for door keeper for a little while to close Obs office. I have been trusted with that room, keeps checking back on room to make sure none have entered and creating a fiasco with out my knowledge before room can be closed and then somehow Obs gets blamed for it all 
. Fills out form since can't find door keeper. Suddenly finds doorkeeper. Gizzie is grateful once again. Room closed! ahhhhhhhhhh!
11:15am, Gizzie sits alone. Breathes sigh of relief. Celebrates a victory! I believe that celebrating victories is really important to our work here on this site! Ya did it Giz, *high fives* self mentally, lol. Knows could not have done it alone and celebrates victory with Lem and Unique in mind. Decompresses, gives it a rest. Walks away feeling great!
Monday morning......(today) always comes back to thought, what went right, what went wrong, how can I improve? Once again, Gizzie has gratitude moment for Lem and Unique. Recognizes that the only reason all of the content I had chosen got covered was because of Lem and Unique carrying the room. In short, I got lucky that both of you showed up and saved the day! Realizes, Gizzie should scale back on content a bit. It won't be every day that I get that lucky!
Signs onto site, see's amazing forum post from Lem with me being tagged. Great feeling that my team mates appreciate me just as much as I appreciate them. big *hugs* Thank you for the magical moment
