Body Graditude
No matter your physical or mental situation, there is a way to love your body. I am not perfect, but I am working on expressing gratitude every day.
What is something about your body that you are thankful for?

I am thankful to my body, for working tirelessly every single day to keep me living, loving, learning, growing, and of course be grateful to God.
Im in a self pitying phase. Its hard to convince myself on genuine gratitude.
@ButterflyLoveNotHarm I'm thankful for my naturally strong body n the potential it holds 🤍
I’m thankful for my muscles for being strong and my heart for being brave.
I am THANKFUL for my body, for carrying me from the bed to my wardrobe, from the wardrobe to the kitchen, from the kitchen to the bathroom and so from all over the house. even more THANKFUL these days, more than THANKFUL, cause these cold days been hard to woke up of the bed. THANKFUL for my legs, those that carry me through the city Even if I don't feel like going out. I am THANKFUL for my mind, Even having always a hard time with it I know I can make it think racional and positive. There's a tiny light anywhere. I am also THANKFUL for it bc even tho I struggled with it at English classes last time I make it to the whole class. Even if I was having a headache. I am THANKFUL that everyday even tho i don't feel like taking a shower. Everyday of the week. I am THANKFUL for my hands and my fingers, they help me do homework, organize, write, type, caress my pets, maybe i'm forgetting something else about it... Oh yes wash the dishes. I am THANKFUL for my whole body because I always do gym twice a week. I am THANKFUL for my voice, cuerdas vocales lol because today I pulled off a nice tone of voice in musical expression. THANKFUL for it bc i also do yoga even if it's not that easy.
I'm thankful for every hair on my head because many people don't have enough.
