Hey y'all! Today is a very special day because we are celebrating H's 4 years with 7 Cups! These 4 years have been a strong representation of H's commitment and dedication to the community. As the Director of the Community, Heather has done a fantastic job of motivating us, being kind to us, taking care of us, and helping us take care of ourselves. You have been a lending ear when needed and a problem-solver when needed - you have truly got it all! So here's to @Heather225, "You are a firecracker in everything you do. Hi H! 😊❤️ Thank you for taking on the role of community director! I remember back then, I remember how much we were struggling but you took on the task and you created change in a positive direction!😊 I imagine it wasn't easy, but you did it! I can only think that there were moments when you were "pushing an elephant" up a hill, but with time, tenacity and *true grit* well, you did it my friend!
The forum areas have been cleaned up, no more fighting and snarky behavior. The rooms have been cleaned up and with better behavior there as well. Less false reporting because of people and systems in place. Because of this, it leads to greater listener retention and the good ones, keeping the good ones around that want to be here and deserve to be here. There is less "turn over" and time really is money no matter where you go. For profit, non profit, same principle. Resources, great focus! 😊 I see it as a business approach as well as a humanistic approach that this should be a calm and safe haven for us all.
Thank you for on boarding and making thoughtful decisions about our Community Managers and Ambassadors who are nothing short of amazing!
Many of us can be here today and gone tomorrow. One never knows. If I leave here tomorrow at least I know in my heart that I thanked you for everything that you have done for me personally as well as the community!
