Have a birthday, Cupversary, or another special occasion coming up? 

We are so happy to let you know that you can celebrate your special days with all of us here at 7 Cups. We value your presence, and we love having you around; so whether you want to celebrate yourself or surprise someone you care about, we’d love to share the moment with you. 

Want to celebrate in a room?

You can host a small celebration in the Community Room (MCR/TCR) or Free Hugs Room!

If you’d like a banner for your celebration:

1. Please check the Community Calendar to make sure your planned event does not clash with any other scheduled event/discussion.
2. Please share with us here and reach out to Community Mod beforehand, so we can help set up banners and alerts for you and help more people join the fun.
3. Celebrations are open to the community, so everyone who joins is welcome to participate!
4. Banners can be up to 30 minutes long. The session host must be present for the entire event and make sure everyone is welcomed.

Want to celebrate someone else?

You can definitely throw a party for someone else; it's a great way to show you care. 

Simply share with us here and follow the guidelines mentioned above. That way, we can help set everything up. Let us make the celebration special for them while giving everyone a chance to join the fun and enjoy themselves.

Prefer the forums?

You can also create a forum post <here> to celebrate someone's birthday or cupversary and share the celebration with the wider Cups community. It's a great way to get everyone involved and make the person feel special. 

And if your special day is coming up and you would like to celebrate yourself, that's perfectly okay too! We encourage you to celebrate yourself, your journey, and the time you have spent in our community.
