I remember how I felt when you made our pen pal chat. Just... seen. Like I matter too. Everyone deserves to feel that way, and you do an excellent job of making people feel loved.

You kept me motivated to write. Write all things, from the heart, without hesitation.
You make me think how I can relate to strangers. Often there's not a lot to go on. Just a user name, the fact they are human, and that they likely have an interest in mental health as they're on 7 Cups. That's enough to form some kind of connection though. I probably say silly things but it at least breaks the ice.
And without you, I'm not sure I'd have made a draft of my essay (musings?).

You know, when Margaret Mead, the famous cultural anthropologist—was asked what she thought was the true sign of a civilized society.... she replied that it’s a healed femur.
Here’s why that matters..... the femur is the largest and strongest bone in the human body and a serious break would have been life threatening in prehistoric times without proper care. In the animal kingdom, if you got such an injury , you will die - probably from other predators or from hunger. Finding ancient skeletons with healed femurs shows that someone cared for the injured person during the long, painful recovery period—helping them eat, protect themselves and survive despite their disability.
This archaeological evidence reveals compassion and social support is what makes humans different from animals. It means that humans were not just surviving individually but were working together to care for one another.... an essential foundation of civilization.
So, when I think of Kiara, I think of that same spirit.... kindness, care and the strength to support others through their hardest times.

Kiara, not long ago you mentioned in a forum that you feel like you always have to put on the brave face, for being seen as the caring friend, the fun friend, the positive friend, the one who spreads silly cheerfulness and joy around~ and for that, I just want to remind you again that, we never have to put ourselves in a “box” or be within definitive labels~ each emotion exists because it is important in its own way and has something to convey of its own~ you never have to be a “certain” way to feel accepted or liked, not on 7 cups at least~ this out of everywhere else in the world be it a physical or online platform should be a place where we can truly feel like ourselves and express how we feel, what we think etc without having to worry about how it’ll be perceived by others~ plus look at the love pouring in for you? It’s so *present*~ you’ve made a lot of friends and have so many peers who adore you, admire you, feel inspired by you, appreciate you, love you and most importantly, accept you; as you are!
You can be the happy you, or the “xyz emotion” you~ and you are accepted that way! You’re allowed to be you! 💖

Just like this tree you have strength even when the winds grow rough. Your influence extends over a wide area and brings respite for those under the harsh glare, and somewhere comforting to rest.
Just like this tree, your strength does not mean you are not delicate and deserving of care and consideration. Each blossom is it's own unique fascinating facet that makes up the wonderful and complete you.
Just like this tree, you grow and flourish and recover even when seasons prove harsh. The rustling whisper of the wind through branches carrying a perfumed message to the senses of others, instilling joy.
