🐘Dear Obs, we have had the elephant with us since before I can remember, as a baby transitioning to a full grown Admin and now going out into the wider world.

You have been an inspiration to many projects, spearheaded new initiatives and led group support to new heights. It was great fun to work with you over the years, and on so many different areas of Cups starting projects with you like chat support and rolling it out to all mentors, Listener room supporters, Listener discussions, LCT, TTM, and group support mentors scheme, to name a few,  so I will say a heartfelt thank you for your service.

I am sure you will never forget us as we will never forget you. 🏆

You are an extraordinarily gifted person - stats, economics, literature, data - but all organized in a beautiful symphony - like a forest. You deeply understand our community and, most importantly, you have seen us and loved us. Thank you for weaving your life into our garden. I will be eternally grateful for your service.

Thank you for letting the community know and giving everyone a chance to say goodbye. 

It has been a pleasure working alongside you all these years. You are easy to work with and have an optimistic take on things. Change is the only constant in life, so I understand that people have to move on. You have been passionate about all the domains you have led and have always been willing to assist anyone on the community team. 

You maintained one of the fastest response times consistently and have a way with sheets! I am confident that you will go on to do great things. Thank you for teaching me pivot tables and for all the times you supported the academy and the teens. Your impact will outlast your role. 

I am glad H will be around to support your projects, its great that community has a person to reach out to and these domains will continue to flourish.

It's very hard to even put into words what these 5 years of working with you have meant to me, like trying to catch sunlight in my hands. You have been such a constant presence, a source of inspiration in Group Support, someone we could all rely on, and someone who literally gave his every bit to this community. Your vision for GS, your dedication, and your heart are the reasons Group Support grew into what it is today. 

For me personally, your impact has been beyond words. Supported me at every step on Cups, believed in me, and gave me opportunities that shaped my whole journey here. I will definitely always carry all the lessons I learned from you and the kindness you showed, not just in leadership but in friendship too. 

It is so emotional seeing you step down, but one thing is for sure that you will forever be remembered as one of the best things that ever happened on Group Support. The lives you touched, the inspiration you are leaving behind, and the legacy you built will always remain in this community. Thank you so much, Obs, for everything. You have truly been a gift to this community, and from the deepest part of my heart, I wish you all the happiness and success in what comes next. We will miss you a lot! ♥️
